Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Ecclora, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the church Organization you represent.

2. The service

Ecclora is a church operations platform that helps Organizations manage people, departments, campuses, attendance, events, giving, communication and related administrative functions.

3. Organization accounts

An Organization is responsible for the accuracy of the information it enters into Ecclora, for managing the roles and permissions of its own users, and for maintaining the confidentiality of its account credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Ecclora only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these Terms.

5. Ownership of organizational data

As between WebKitchen and an Organization, the Organization retains ownership of the data it enters into the platform. WebKitchen accesses such data only as necessary to operate, support and secure the platform.

6. Intellectual property

Ecclora, including its software, design and branding, is the property of WebKitchen Development Studio. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.

7. Disclaimers

Ecclora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep the platform reliable and secure, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebKitchen Development Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ecclora after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
