Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of the Ecclora platform, a product developed and operated by WebKitchen Development Studio. It works alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
This policy sets out expectations for how Ecclora may be used, to keep the platform safe, reliable and appropriate for church Organizations and their members.
2. Prohibited activity
When using Ecclora, you agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access data belonging to another Organization without authorization
- Use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, harmful or deceptive content
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security
- Attempt to reverse engineer, probe or bypass the platform's access controls
- Use the platform to send unsolicited or misleading communications
3. Organization responsibility
Each Organization is responsible for the conduct of its own users and for ensuring that the roles and permissions it assigns are appropriate to each user's responsibilities.
4. Reporting misuse
If you become aware of misuse of the Ecclora platform, please report it to hello@ecclora.com.
5. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
